Return & Refund Policy
To qualify for a return, you must notify Patchdiy Stop of your return request within 30 days of shipment. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Buyer should pay the return postage. If you qualify for a return, you will be issued a full refund upon receipt of the product. Certain conditions may affect your eligibility for a refund of shipment costs, but you will never be subject to restocking fees of any kind.
If you got the wrong items or defective items, kindly send us pictures via firstname.lastname@example.org, we will fix the problem quickly. If you can’t get the items within the reasonable time frame, please contact us to solve the problem. We will refund or resend. Your money is really safe.
